Promotional Code Issue

Day 5 July 2016 I get a promotional code by xbox live which had expiry date day July 25 this month. As part that the code arrived yesterday talk to a technician of xboxand tells me that the code because it has expired and just get me through the day yesterday which is what I do because I
get others if I worked them I do not work forme I get expired, I need your help please

$5 Promotional token for Elf email code is missing in email I received. Just says Promotional code in a white box where the promotional code probably should be. Its not a clickable either. Can't use code if I don't have it. So asking here about it.

 

What to do with about 75 online content codes?

Do some promotional deals buy a game get two promotional codes with it for free.
