Promotional Bonuses for Gears 5 linked to wrong account.

Hello friends, I have been playings Gears 5 for about three weeks now, and I've been enjoying it fairly well. However there was one minor issues I had just about given up on until today. I bought gears 5 on pc during the promo launch window that granted
you the Terminator and Halo character packs. However I never received the Halo pack. I did receive the Terminator one however. I noticed a large number of people complaining about not receiving the Halo packs, or receiving them after a large delay, so I put
it in the back of my mind.

That was until today. I purchased a Rockstar energy drink and it came with a code for a Gears bonus I could redeem. When I redeemed it online, I noticed I had not received my in game items. I did some digging and noticed that I had my Android account tied
to my Microsft account. When I looked in to it, I saw that all of my Gears promos were tied to that account, and NOT the account I had been playing Gears on.

Booting up Gears with that account I saw this





37 DAYS of boosted time, on my mobile phone account. That can't be right. I went in to my customize character loadout and I see two blank spaces.





Those two slots turned out to be the Halo pack characters.







Well that's why I never got my promo packs! They went to the wrong account. Is there any way I can have that pack along with the codes I have redeemed transferred to the proper account? I've already re-up'd once on it. And I really truly do not want to start
grinding gears from scratch just because of a small error like this.
