Promotion was on my dashboard last night for discounted gold, and now it's gone

Hello,

I was just on the phone with customer support for an hour just for them to tell me that they can't help me and i have to come here. Which is pretty ridiculous how they can call that department of xbox/ microsoft a "support" team. Nevertheless i am here and
i need some help. Last night there was a promotion on my xbox one dashboard, customer "support" said it was promotion 8 i believe. Now this morning it was gone not even 8 hours after it was there. They told me you could help.

dashboard live renewal promotion

the promotion was on my xbox console's dashboard when my xbox live gold was about to expire. There was two options for the promotion, one was a discounted 12months and the other one was 600points if you use a prepaid card. I just checked my email, there
is no email with the 600 points.....

Yeah check it out because as soon as my brother put the disc in it came up for him to purchase and also last night I noticed on my ps3 they had the Skarlet DL Promotion going across the top and on it's dashboard or whatever ps3 calls theirs lol. So yeah
it's been available and definitely should be now

 

Unfortunately there's no way to make a promotion reappear. Promotions are shown at random and usually refresh each time you turn on the console.
