Promotion that have not respected

Hello someone can help me.

I received a promotion and I have not received the code you gave me this seems to be fraud by Microsoft. I have the email and nobody gave me answer. I made an ideological and uploaded to youtube images of the promotion.

This promotion is to buy an Xbox One console, I registered as my main console before 14 July, and give me a code EA acces.

12 Months Free.

Please ayeden resolve this.

I'm sorry that this happened to you. If it was me, I would have went back to the store about the promotion that wasn't respected. Microsoft can't really do much with some of these promotions as these are set by stores themselves, but if Microsoft happens
to set this promotion up, they can expire because they are set for a limited time, I'm afraid.
