Promotion small print

I brought an xbox one due to a £60 credit offer, I've just been told that I won't get this as I didn't set it as my "home" console when I did not know what that meant, the offer was only ever on my 360 dashboard, would you please still honour this
order. microsoft have had the sale and this "home" setting made no difference, especially as it's my onot xbox one and I'm the only one who will play it

Did not receive 600 points for a promotion

When was the promotion active? Also, did you read the small-print, it would have stated when the points where deposited into your account.

 

Do xbox live trials expire?

Free trial codes don`t normally expire, but ones that are part of a promotion sometimes do.

Have you tried looking online to find any of the promotion details?

Its bound to be there in the small print if it does expire.

 

As per the T&C of the offer you must set the console as your home console by the date specified.

However, the date of receipt of the code has not yet passed. You would receive this code by August 15 to your gamertag's message center.

I don't know who told you that you were not eligible for this offer but you should wait until the date specified to see if you actually get the code or not.
