I get error code when I try to redeem my Fallout 3 code

Date of purchase: “[November 13, 2015]”

Details:

I redeemed the code in my web browser (Chrome and IE) and having this error message:

I redeemed using the console and had this error: [xbox-2000]
My profile account is set to U.S region and my console locale is set to U.S as well. My physical location redeeming the code is in Curacao.
