Sorry to hear you haven't received your code yet. Can you clarify where you purchased the game? Was it from a retailer other than the Xbox Store?

 

I purchased the digital download code from Gamestop. Which they stated as the promotion being an cbox exclusive and nothing to do with Gamestop since it was a digital download purchase.
