    I received this email a few days before my new Alienware computer came, I spent $4,000 from dell and this image below is an email saying that this will be in my Microsoft store Library to download for free and it was not there. Please contact me so we can
    resolve this issue and so I can get my free game. my cell is [Mod Removed Personal Information]

    I have used dell for years I have an alienware, my husband has dell laptop and I bought my mother a dell laptop and a dell pc also I bought my daughter-in -law a dell laptop. I have dealt with cs and never had a problem. I will be buying my next tablet from
    dell...guess I'm a Dell fanboy LOL never had a problem. Sorry to hear so many unhappy reports...

    Also going on 13 weeks with no E-mail to choose free game.

    I participated in the 12+1 and free game promotion in March, my confirmation e-mail is from March 10th. I have to receive any e-mail regarding choosing a title or taking the survey. The game I would like is Halo:Reach.

    You would need to contact Dell for assistance since the promotion is through them.

    You should never post your personal information on a public forum.
