Promotion for Madden 16 Superbowl Edition

I just got off Live Chat with MS Support Team and Al B gave me this link to contact you regarding my issue. Last night I was attempting to purchase Madden 16 Superbowl Edition ($30) for my younger brother (using Xbox gift card), and i was constantly kicked
out of the system (dont have an error code). When i logged in today I find there is a Service Alert with EA. Last night I checked my provider and all other devices in the home and all worked fine. After several attempts to get the game I gave up and decided
to try this morning. The Service Alert is still there and the game has gone up to $60. Arrgghhh, while I feel penalized I know this is out of your control. But I am asking if you could please advise when I could download and I really would like to get it
for the promo price of $30. I have a screen shot of what I did from my browsing history last night because after logging into my account the price was slashed to $30 on the screen. I appreciate your help and will you please email a copy of your response
to my mom's email too? We were trying to surprise little brother with this game and on a really tight budget since she is unemployed. Thanks for your help!!

Madden 2016 superbowl edition 2200 madden points

I purchased madden 2016 superbowl edition and did not receive a code for the 2200 madden points included with the purchase.

EA Access 30 Day Trail

The only EA Access promotions that we are aware of are for FIFA 16 and Madden 16. The only reference I can see for the greatest lineup that you reference are for the Rewards Program, which is separate from what we do here on these support forums.

Do you happen to have a link that the promotion is from so that I can look into it further?

I am truly sorry to hear about the purchasing issue! Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any sort of price adjustments here in the Support Forums. If the sale for Madden 16 is no longer available, you will only be able to purchase it at the full price.

what to expect with your Madden 17 edition. You can locate the edition of the game you purchased in the table and it outlines when you will receive the promotional items.

Not that I'll buy it (I've never liked the Madden franchise), I think it'll probably be Tebow... Or whoever won the MVP trophy last season. I'm guessing it was a Giant. Once they made the Superbowl, I considered the season over.
