promotion for 1 buck moth subscription PLEASE HELP

It has an ad for one buck but I go and see it says 1 month subscription for 9.99, why can I not buy it for one buck? Help pleas

Let's see promotions like free dlc or games depends on the current promotion

Let's see the renewable membership meaning you don't have to spend 5 bucks of gass to get a prepaid card at same cost and a subscription

Google subscriptions

Any store will tell you what prepaid subscription cards are for

Gift Cards are clearly labeled

Dlc movies and games

 

cannot download CastleStorm free

i added one year gold subscription to my acount, however i cannot download CastleStorm free --- as we known, CastleStorm is free game for gold members this moth. help please.

 

Just spent over an hour with "support" on this ... keeps trying to charge me $9.99. They had me wipe my console, reset my Xbox, reload my profile, and THEN told me they have heard of others having this issue. Then after going over all of that, they said
we can't help you, please post all of this on the forum. UNREAL!

 

Have you been signed up for the $1 offer before? from what I know it only works for first time members....
