    Was about to purchase Zoo Tycoon since I saw it was on sale last night. But when we were about to purchase it today it wasnt on sale anymore :/. It didn't have a warning last night that the sale would end like it usually does. Would the developer still able
    to give discounts not posted on xbox live? Just curious and want to save money, tnx.

    Did they tell you when the promotion ended? I'm having the same problem and they have told me to wait 6-8 weeks after the promotion ends to receive the email. I can't find a date when this ended anywhere so how am I supposed to know how long to wait? Annoying...

    Without seeing the full T&C's for the promotion my guess is that you can subscribe for the promotional period but cancel ahead of the end of that period and it won't renew once that period has expired.

    I contacted support and they said there was nothing they could do.

    The issue I have is that they ended the promotion sooner than they said they were going to. So, I tried to buy it before the promotion ended, but since they ended it early I couldn't. If are going to end promotions randomly, they should not tell you when
    they will end. To me, that is really false advertising.
