    Promotion disappeared from my cart


    Yesterday I had the gears of war bundle with ac: unity and rainbow six siege as my free game in my cart at work. I did not have the right information to buy it at work and by the time I got off and got home I went straight to bed. I woke up this morning
    and it was gone from my cart. I understand the promotion is over, but I had it in my cart and just needed to check out this morning. Is there any way to recover this? Thanks for your time and have a good day!

    If it has disappeared it has disappeared but they always come out with another promotion I would wait till one comes out again

    You would need to try contacting customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if they can do anything. Since the promotion is over, it may no longer be possible.
