    Promote child account on xbox one

    I would suggest calling the support line because the child account issue is a big problem with most people, and since it is account related I would suggest that.

    Hey Tomo,

    a Question I have is do you still have your Xbox 360. The Reason I am asking is because if you do you can go into the settings, Account management, and then Your Information and there will be a button at the bottom of that screen that says " Promote Account"
    That would be the best way to get your account to an Adult Account

    Here are instructions to promote your account on the Xbox One from the Xbox.com support page
