Promo to renew Game Pass Ultimate at $29.99 for 3 months, charged $14.99 for first month

I got an email offer to renew my Game Pass Ultimate subscription before it expires, at $29.99 for 3 months and including 6 months of Spotify Premium. I followed the link in the email but when it takes me to the Microsoft site, it only gives a monthly renewal
option at $14.99 per month. I'm using the same account that the email was addressed to.

I did go through the renewal already for giggles and sure enough (I'm not surprised) it charged the full $14.99 for a month. How can I get the promo price?

Adding to what Puppy Fujo said, It's not just the Spotify promo it's if you used any promo previously for GamePass ultimate. You most likely weren't eligible for the promotions and thus ended up being charged the full price.

Unfortunately that promo only applies to customers who are new to both Game Pass and Spotify. Renewing a current subscription would not apply which is why you don't see the option when to try to actually do it. If you had previously used the free Spotify
premium promo on your Spotify account that promo also wouldn't apply.

Unfortunately xbox customer service. I would go to gethuman.com. This site has actual phone numbers for customer service. Ive seen people on here trying to email about it and its been a nightmare.

Just to be clear, the email clearly states the promotion is for the renewal of my current subscription. Text at the bottom of the email states the promo was only to be valid until the cancellation of my current subscription on 10/29.

For now only in US and UK we can get the spotify promotion and the Spotify subscription can take a 10 days to run i think
