    I watched the stream for the SoT Ebon pistol but the wrong account was linked. The MS Store and Xbox site are were still under my old outdated account that I haven't used in a long time for some reason, but the Xbox App is on the right one and that is the
    one I have been playing the game under. I tried to request it be transferred but the Xbox support chat was unable to do that and they also couldn't find a replacement code for me. How can I get this on the right account? I don't want to use that account for
    a number of reasons even though that promo is on there.

    just purchased some microsoft points for my son but wrong account details provided and points have gone to another account in my sons name. is there a way to transfer from one to another ?

  5. Hi, thanks for getting back to me so fast. It looks like there was a mistake with the code. Instead of the Black Dog pack one I got a skin for a different game SMITE. It says Anubis Stargazer skin. I didn't redeem it since I don't have that game so if you
    need the code still to swap it for the SoT one it should be available.

  6. I wanted to add that I redeemed the other code you sent for the Ebon flintlock, but it isn't showing up in the game. I confirmed it is linked to the right account, but it isn't in my armory or in the vendor inventory.

    To clarify, the Anubis skin was also part of the MixPot reward, along with the Ebon Flintlock pistol. The Black Dog pack codes were for preordering the game, and are still being sent out. There's more information on additional content

    They told me to reach out to you because I did preorder the game but it went to the wrong account and I can't get it to go on this one which is the one I actually play on.
