Hi there, I won this promotional gift card on launch day of the Xbox One X

Me

I preordered a scorpio edition and won one of the challenges

one of the prizes was a $20 promotional gift card

Me

however I let it expire and was wondering if you can help me out with it

I had no idea it had an expiry date on it

$5 Promo Gift Card For $15 Xbox Gift Card Purchase

I purchased ten (10) $15 dollar Xbox gift cards from Best Buy 5/24/2014. I was given one (1) receipt and uploaded the receipt showing ALL ten (10) $15 Xbox gift cards totaling $150, which can be see in the upload. This morning I only received one (1) $5
promo code. I should have received ten (10) $5 promo code since you can visual see the ten $15 Xbox gift cards.

How do i go about getting this corrected?

By corrected, I mean getting the additional nine (9) $5 promo codes for the nine (9) other $15 Xbox Live cards.

Hi there,

as far as I know, when a card expires there is nothing that can be done.

Side note: Do not post any redeemable codes in the forums, since they are visible to everyone.

Hi! As mentioned once they're expired there's not much you can do. In order to prevent this from hapenning in the future, just check this link once in a while where you can see what account balance will expire when: Sign in to your Microsoft account

Gift Card and other prepaid cards, usually until the end of the year they were purchased. Then you can not solve it anymore and you have to deal with this card problem with the dealer where he bought the console.

Huh gift cards don't expire

Promo cards do that you get with game but not currency cards

And yes those arent refundable

If you are talking about dlc that came with a game yes some are time restricted and since included with the game holds no value

Only promotional gift cards have an expiration date (that includes gift cards from the Microsoft Rewards program which is stated in the description). If you buy gift cards, they don't expire.
