promo Gears of War 4 codes

Hi, I have problem, I bought promo Gears of War 4, inculding 4 free codes to previous games. But 2 game codes are with US location and I can´t use this, because I live in Czech Republic. On Microsoft support told us, that are secured Geo fence. So, what
I can do with this?

I bought gears of war 4 the 12th of October, and still haven't received promo codes for the gears collection.

Those codes themselves are universal. The games are region locked. In order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to live in a region where the games are available.
