    Console upgrade promo code for msft store, wasted 1 hour with a disgusting pig chat agent

    The promo code is only to offset the price of expedited shipping and is not required to earn the credits. Not all of the console are eligible for expedited shipping which could be the reason the code won't work.

    I've tried that and it didn't work. I've tried contacting customer service and they also couldn't resolve this issue. Its not a pre paid code. Its a promo code sent to my inbox by Xbox. I've been going back and forth with this issue for the last five days.
    The code expires on 04/30/2016 and I'd really like to use it before that time.

    Could you post the specific error code you receive when you try to redeem? That information will help narrow down the issue. The error code will look similar to 0x00000000 or XBOS-0000. Thanks!
