Promo Code sent to wrong email address - Please help

So i pre-ordered madden 18, and along with my purchase i got the pre-order bonus AddOns. When i went to enter in my promo code, i accidentally sent it to my alternate email, which was linked to a microsoft account i hadn't used
since 2014. As soon as i realized the bonus packs were not showing up in ultimate team, i realized that i sent the code to the wrong email account. The account i sent the code to hasn't been used in years, and i haven't even ever played madden on it. i
never signed into that account, i never opened the packs, i never even saw them. i contacted ea to see if the bonus could just be transferred from the incorrect account, to my right one. IF not, maybe they could revoke that bonus, and just issue a new bonus
to the correct account. After a week, of ea telling me to call(or chat) back for a multitude of ridiculous reasons, they finally told me that they could not help and id need to contact xbox to resolve this issue. I contacted xbox, and a rep tried her best
to troubleshoot the issue, and she was professional. After guiding me through a bunch of different steps, she determined that i would have to contact EA again, so that they could either re-issue a new code, or fix the problem where the bonus was not transferring
from one account to the other. (reference #1396782631). I proceeded to contact EA AGAIN, and i was told again, that EA does not handle issues like this, and the retailer would be responsible. I contacted xbox again. the gentleman i spoke to told me essentially
that EA is usually responsible for this. Needless to say, I'm very frustrated. It been a back and forth ever since i bought the game. The last gentleman i spoke to from xbox did offer another possible solution though. He said that if i post on the forum,
someone from xbox might see it and help to replace the bonus packs. this whole process has been a nightmare so far, but any help you could provide would be so greatly appreciated

Promo game code sent to the wrong email address

My email address was incorrect so when I entered my 16-digit Name your Game code, it sent the 25-digit code to that wrong/non-existing email address.
