    If you haven't yet, please check your Gears of War 4 "Ready to Install" list to see if you have any items there waiting to download. If there's nothing there, try to >>power
    cycle    << your Xbox One console and then boot up your game and check again.

    Let us know if that works or not. Promo code not working :)

    PROMO CODE NOT WORKING!

    .I downloaded a promo code online and its not working on my gam. My gtag is pillsbrydopeboy and my email is [Mod Removed - Please do not post personal information] . It was a code for the gears of war promo for the Zombie JD character and
    on the website it says unlocked but in game it is locked.Im not sure if the code just didnt register or what.

    HELP Where do I enter my 9 digit $50 Microsoft Store Gift Code

    When you make a purchase on microsoftstore.com it should ask for a promo code when you add your payment information.

    If you're trying to use it through the console or xbox.com, it will not work since this is a promo code for the Microsoft Store.

    I have received an invalid promo code for trading in my 360. Help!

    Chat with Microsoft Store customer support (calling didn't resolve it). They escalated it to a different dept and they provided a new promo code in 3 business days. The promo code works on all the Xbox One systems and promotional bundles as well.
