    Promo code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition not Received


    I bought "Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition - Pre-Order", on December 16, 2016 on Microsoft Store, which comes with a bundle that includes "Halo Wars Definitive Edition". But when I go on the Windows Store App, the game simply states "You own this product."
    and does not allow me to download/access it on the PC. I contacted support and they told me that codes should have been sent out 7 to 10 days after purchase starting from December 20, 2016. But as it has been more than a month and a half since my purchased
    and no codes were sent to me, I was advised to create a new post here for further assistance.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Halo Wars Definitive Edition is only available for those who pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition, not the standard edition.

    If it hits day 11 and you still do not have your Halo Wars Definitive Edition code, please post up a new thread detailing your purchase date so that we can dig into this further. Thanks for understanding!
