    I've tried to use the promo code I received on 10/29/16 at least 5 times using both Chrome and MS Edge (as suggested by the first support person I chatted with). Neither she nor the second person I chatted with could help or offer any suggestions for how
    to proceed.

    My order meets all the promotion's requirements (not pre-order, I own an xbox one, it's my first time purchasing, I'm trying to buy from the xbox store, and it's during the offer period). I'm able to add the console and free game to my cart, but I can't
    get the expedited shipping promo code to be added to my cart so I'm either adding the shipping costs or left with standard shipping. That's not that big a deal, but I want to make sure the rest of the promo still works.

    Can someone please assist?

    Problem with expedited shipping code for Xbox One S upgrade program

    I received an email about the Xbox One S upgrade program for existing Xbox One owners where you can purchase an Xbox One S and use the included promo code for free expedited shipping. However, when I made my console & game selections on microsoftstore.com,
    selected "expedited shipping" and entered the promo code - nothing happened. The page refreshed but did not remove the shipping charge; there was also no error related to the promo code.

    I chatted with Microsoft Store & Xbox Support online and they pointed me to the sender of the code which would be the Xbox Live Rewards program. Here's the link to the program: Xbox Live Rewards

    For clarification, I had selected the 500GB Storm Grey Xbox One S, with Batman: Return to Arkham ("The Crew" was also included for free). The Storm Grey console had been released by the time I attempted to use the code, so the pre-order stipulation on the
    promo code shouldn't apply.

    I'd like to take advantage of the Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer (free expedited shipping and 50k points), but I only registered with Xbox rewards today so I did not receive an email with the promo code.

    Is there any way I can make use of this offer since I was not an existing rewards member?

    Console upgrade promo code for msft store, wasted 1 hour with a disgusting pig chat agent

    The promo code is only to offset the price of expedited shipping and is not required to earn the credits. Not all of the console are eligible for expedited shipping which could be the reason the code won't work.

    You have to have had an email sent to you for this offer, with a link on it specific to your Gamertag to redeem. You will have had to have been an existing member of the rewards program for them to have sent you an offer email.
