Promo code for 3 months expired, won't be given replacement code

I received a promo code on 4/6/2018 to receive 3 months of Xbox Live with the purchase of 3 months. I initially had to contact Microsoft to get the code as it was not sent when promised, and now I am being told the promo code cannot be used because it expired
on 5/31/2018. I received no notification that the code was available, and frankly having a code last for less than two months seems like a ploy on Microsoft's behalf to prevent people from using the code. I would like to have the code re-issued so I can take
advantage of the Xbox Live Gold features.

Hi all

Bought a 6 month Live subscription promo from Ebgames

Subscription came in 2 separate codes, first for 3 months and the other was suppose to be stacked for an additional 3 months.

First code worked, second code gives "This token has expired and cannot be redeemed."

Tried few times in the last 2 months with the same result

Any help?

Buy 3 months of xbox live receive 3 months of xbox live.

I purchased the January promo for Buy 3 months of xbox live get 3 months free. The promo was supposed to deliver the code on 3/15/18. Are those codes going to actually be delivered to me?

They don't expire unless you are using promo codes or triala

Or ms points on which case they expired over 10 years ago

Promo codes list the expiry on the card

However if it year one or launch codes then they expire after the first tyear

If ita a discontinuud games then they expired when the game discontinues

Or if like Diablo 3 inferno codes they don't apply anymore because you no longer need the item for experience

The one month Xbox Live codes given to eligible users as part of the Halo: MCC thank you offer have expired on 6/30/2015. We are unable to provide replacement codes.

From the Terms of Service for that promotion:

During the first 30 days, customer will receive a promo code for 3 months of Groove Music Pass at no charge. Upon completion of the promotional period, membership will be automatically
billed as specified at signup unless cancelled. Limit 1 promo code per customer, single use only, Promo code must be used by December 29th, 2016.

Do note that when you receive a code there IS an expiration date. If you haven't received your code after 30 days of membership, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it.
