promo code email has not arrived in my email for tom raider

in box came a card with a choice of 4 games it has a redemtion code of

i AND FOLLOW THE ON SCREEN DIRECTIONs it said the game code will be sent by email

which it has not

where is this and when will i get it

600 points gold membership

Hello. I have just checked everything over that you posted and I do not see a email notification regarding points . It was 600mp for gold membership promo. i did it on jan 29 promo ended mar 2 and should have arrived by may 2. I did not get email...

Game disc with 12 month subscription.

Promo: Free game disc with 12 month subscription.

Date: Purchased promotion on March 4th. Received email and chose game on March 9th.

Promo item: Fable 3

The email stated 8-10 weeks but Fable 3 hasn't arrived yet.

Purchasing a game before the start of the promo wasn't a requisite, but they did mention that those that *had* purchased 1-2 games before the start of the promo would still be covered along with the rest of us.

You'll also notice they say they'll send the code to the email address associated with the ACCOUNT and not the PAYMENT METHOD. So this led to additional confusion on my part when trying to figure out why my email hadn't arrived when it should have.

I had my email that receives the xbox live promos and things like that wrong and was wondering if it was too late to get the specialization code? And if it did not go to my promo email would it go to my account email?

Verify Email/Account email did not arrive until day after, could not verify my account, could not make purchase. Missed promotional pricing by a few hours because of this.

Any way to get the promo price still? the game was NBA2k19.

I had to create multiple accounts and multiple email addresses until I finally got the verification email.
