i was on chat, claiming my free xb1s Kinect adaptor, I ordered that and being a bit cheeky asked if there was anything going for a longtime loyal customer, i was told I'd get freebies upon my next renewal of monthly subscription, that has been and gone but
i have recieved nothing. This wouldnt normally be an issue, but no kinect adaptor either, even after me asking the rep Brian M, to check delivery address, and me giving my current, the xbox team shipped to my old address. So now myself and my disabled son
who pretty much depends on kinect to control the TV and play any games have to wait even longer, disappointed Microsoft, carelessness and lies are not good customer service, I live and breath microsoft products, using your phones, game consoles, tablets and
software both at home and work, i promote you to anyone and everyone that will listen, i can hand on heart say i have converted at least 4 people to your products, not a massive number, but if everyone did that you would be loving it, I have personally spent
thousands in just a few years, and this is returned,

sucks...but I agree with your assessment

 

Since the adaptor is not a Rewards program issue, you would need to contact support about that again. There's generally nothing given for renewing gold unless you do so through a specific offer on the dashboard.

Unfortunately, we can only address Xbox Live Rewards issues on this forum, so I cannot give a fully informed response on your shipping issue. Likewise, since this is the only place to receive support for the Rewards program besides our twitter, other Customer
Service sources cannot offer fully informed responses for our program. While we used to Reward Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals, that practice was discontinued back in July 2014 and is no longer a valid offer. Apologies for the confusion.
