    Hello,

    I was looking at my My Rewards page just now and I noticed that you all have added a projected 2017 MyVip Status scale to the page. This is a great tool and I was happy to see it. However, it said that my total spend from 9/1/15 was $0. That is not even
    remotely true. I am already a 5-star MyVip member and I have been spending more since then. I'm writing this inquiry in case there really is an issue that needs to be resolved. I was not sure if this would update before the January 2017 re-calibration of
    MyVip. Please let me know if there any further information I can or would need to provide to resolve this issue. Thank you.

    I have 20,000 reward points. I want to redeem them on the Xbox store.

    We are definitely seeing an amount much, much larger than $0 that fits your description of where it should be when we logged into your account. Are you still seeing a $0 amount being reported on your MyRewards page?

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We only recently calculated last month's MyVIP. The Credits are now pending in your account.

    Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So there are still a few days before they'll show as pending.
