project spark starter pack refund not been credited yet

The credits should have actually been given within 30-60 days of May 13, but some people are just now getting the email. So you may have actually already had the credits deposited. If you haven't already, check
http://commerce.microsoft.com under your Order History change it to Show Refunded.

Hey dude i am having the same issue with the starter pack on this game.

I had the same problem last week and it seemed to happen a day after project spark got an update. It however fixed a day later on its own. So project spark got yet another update this week and yet again same pack is missing again.

It only seems to be effecting my starter pack which i got in the xbox marketplace. The content i have in this game from the ingame marketplace works fine.

really annoying because the level i am making becomes absolutely locked to me when this happens.

According to the Project Spark post about this, if you purchased Project Spark from a retailer separate from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store, then you are able to get the refund, but the retailer will not provide you with them.

It says that you will be refunded in Windows Store Credit, and that it can take 30-60 days from October 5th for you to get the refund, so you should have it by now.

I've had a recent update from the Project Spark team on Twitter.

They have had some issues with the automated system and are currently working on the refunds. None have been processed yet.

They will be updating their "State of Spark" posts in the forums with the latest information, you can find this here:

You will receive a Microsoft account credit if the following are true:

• You purchased and redeemed the code inside a retail copy of Project Spark on or after October 5, 2015. This means that you used a physical copy of the game to play Project Spark for the first time.
• You are signed in to the same account that you used to play the game. For example, if there are three accounts on your Xbox One console and you launched and played the game with someone else’s account, the credit will appear on their account.
• You did not launch and play Project Spark prior to October 5, 2015. Project Spark was a game available only by purchase before this date and is therefore not eligible for this credit.

Since you had played the game before October 5, 2015, you wouldn't be eligible for the credit.
