Project Spark Refund

I purchased 2 copies of Project Spark as birthday gifts back in late August. In October, I heard about the game becoming completely free and that refunds were going to be issued. At this point, the Gamestop I purchased them from would not give me a refund
so I went ahead and redeemed the two codes onto my account. I still have yet to receive the refunds and I am wondering if there is anything that can be done.

According to the Project Spark post about this, if you purchased Project Spark from a retailer separate from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store, then you are able to get the refund, but the retailer will not provide you with them.

It says that you will be refunded in Windows Store Credit, and that it can take 30-60 days from October 5th for you to get the refund, so you should have it by now.

Unfortunately if you redeemed the codes after October 5th you would not be eligible for the refund, as outlined in the post medium bloke linked.

 

I have the same problem, haven't recieved my refund. I did make my project spark purchases within the proper timeline for the refund.

 

Hey there Zac Skye. Looks like the thread that was posted earlier highlights the refunds being sent out on the 9th or 10th of December. Give it a couple more days and if you still haven't received your refund be sure to reach out over in that thread. They'll
