    Project Spark Refund


    Not sure if this is the proper forum for this question, but it's the closest I could find.

    I purchased Project Spark and activated the code shortly before Oct 5th, when it then became free to play. Refunds in the form of Microsoft Account credits were supposed to be issued by Dec 10th, but I did not receive anything. Wondering what happened to
    my refund.

    I just checked again, and the only credit on my account is a $10 credit I put on there from Bing Rewards.

    Project Spark Refund

    Hi

    I've had a recent update from the Project Spark team on Twitter.

    They have had some issues with the automated system and are currently working on the refunds. None have been processed yet.

    Hi there,

    According to the Project Spark post about this, if you purchased Project Spark from a retailer separate from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store, then you are able to get the refund, but the retailer will not provide you with them.

    It says that you will be refunded in Windows Store Credit, and that it can take 30-60 days from October 5th for you to get the refund, so you should have it by now.

    I have the same problem, haven't recieved my refund. I did make my project spark purchases within the proper timeline for the refund.

    Have you checked http://commerce.microsoft.com? The refunds actually went out around 30-60 days from May 13, but some people are just now getting the emails. So it is possible you received the
    refund a a couple of months before the email. It would be listed as an Xbox Rewards refund.
