    Project spark missing credit


    According to this link http://support.xbox.com/en-CA/games/game-titles/project-spark-retirement I should be receiving a credit for my purchased retail copy of project spark (September 2015). I've contacted a few support live chat agents and was finally
    told to make a post here regarding the missing credit. Thanks

    Recredit, Project Spark

    You will receive a Microsoft account credit if the following are true:

    • You purchased and redeemed the code inside a retail copy of Project Spark on or after October 5, 2015. This means that you used a physical copy of the game to play Project Spark for the first time.
    • You are signed in to the same account that you used to play the game. For example, if there are three accounts on your Xbox One console and you launched and played the game with someone else’s account, the credit will appear on their account.
    • You did not launch and play Project Spark prior to October 5, 2015. Project Spark was a game available only by purchase before this date and is therefore not eligible for this credit.
    Since you had played the game before October 5, 2015, you wouldn't be eligible for the credit.
