Project scorpio one x not playing any apps

Idk for what ever reason but my xbox isnt loading no games or apps and the same error code pops up 0x8007025a. Here is some steps i tried already i hard reset, format my external hard drive, format my console, cleared mac address. I have zero clues on what to do anyone know it would help please. I also noticed its keeps saying a xbox live core status error code i mentioned above

Press and hold the console power button until the console turns off, remove the console power cord for 1 minute, also remove your external hard drive. Turn on the console without the external hard drive and try to start some apps and games.

I have the Xbox one X project Scorpio, I was told that the game can be downloaded in any serie X or serie S (included mine), thanks for the help!!

I believe it was "Xbox" or whatever the deafault was for the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, but then I changed it to Project Scorpio.

Purchasing any electronic item on Day One runs the same risk, this is not unique to the Xbox One X release - Prices drop after release, there are limited time specials offered, or a newer model comes out down the road.

Same goes for automobiles.

The Scorpio edition is a limited edition console. No more will be made of that edition. Any user If you want an Xbox One X with PUBG, it won't say Project Scorpio on it.

Any user currently looking for a Project Scorpio edition console one month after release will most likely be paying a higher price for it than what it originally sold for.
