Project Scorpio Edition Controller Not Working

The controller turns on and connects to the xbox, but after about 30 seconds the buttons will stop responding. It doesn't disconnect from the xbox, just all of the buttons stop working. If I take the batteries out and put them back in it will work for another
30 seconds or so. I checked for updates and there are none available. I've tried reconnecting it, and it still doesn't work. I tried to go on the Microsoft support website to replace the controller, but the website isn't working for me which is really annoying.

Controller becoming unresponsive

My controller does this as well. Other controllers work fine, it's just my Project Scorpio edition controller that came with the X. Pretty big bummer.

They’re ****

I brought 2 different **** charge and play kits for the **** too, and they both don’t hold charge and die in around 10 minutes

The charging stand I want is also only available in the USA as they don’t seem to think the UK should be able to buy any

I’m selling mine on shortly and going back to the next PlayStation

Microsoft suck

They’re hardware sucks

And they’re attitude sucks
