Project cloud not letting me play on my phone

Essentially it's a way for you to play your Xbox through the Cloud so you can use your phone or tablet as a mobile device to play your games.

xCloud isn't so much of a physical thing like Stadia so much as it is digital. Its an project that's for use of video gaming using the cloud. The cloud is basically a big storage area for data that's transmitted about the internet by a lot of means. Its
what's called on-demand computing where computers are rapidly sending data back and forth on-demand of that data. In this case its taking cloud computing and making it for gaming.

You don't need a degree to understand it. Its really simple. Computers talk to each other in a similar way video game consoles do. So through the use of how servers and computers talk, the idea is to put video games in the cloud so you can then download
an app on your phone and play them anywhere you want. Its basically taking the Windows and Xbox feature "Play Anywhere" which lets you download games you own on either PC, console, and mobile and download them to the latter two you don't own it on and play
it... to a whole new level. Say if I owned Gears 5 on console, PA would let me play it on PC because its compatible. If I had xCloud and Gears 5, I could play it on my phone without having to download over 60Gb of data to my phone... because science!
