Project CARS release date

I would like a wheel but dont want it sitting on my lap like my old one, can anyone reccomend a stand or the like to put a wheel on that doesnt impair your view?

 

Is it the day for racing game release dates f1 annouced for june 12th

I have one of these that I used with my G27 but they make them to fit most wheels. Stable and very adjustable to get the right fit for it to be comfortable to use.

Nice one Randver, its my Bday next month and i think i just thought of what i want!

I would love a cockpit but they are a bit too expensive for the use i would get out of them.

 

My birthday in june so buying myself a wheel and stand they have good combo deals on amazon

 

Amazon carries the brand that I linked but they also carry one that has a lap bar (Xlerator) which I also own. It's a good stand but how well it works is depends greatly on the chair you'll be using. It worked fine in my bulky leather recliner but moved
all over the place in my desk chair......buyer beware.

 

Yeah 12k is some res but need a monster pc for that

 

Boas I use an old end table thing that has a cabinet on the bottom of it. I mounted the wheel to the top and took the door off of it and put the pedals in the cabinet.

 

I used to use a old tv stand

 

im gonna wait a long time for project cars constant delays are a worry and a sign of problems. where as f1 they never give a release date until recently so that looks more promising

 

the latest videos for Project CARS look absolutely awesome... and they announced free cars to apologise for the delays

 

Im glad they delayed it s long as they got it right. Would rather that than to haver bought it last month and it still needing patches etc.

Thought the price has jumped up by £30 since yesterday, but I just think it looks better than the thrustmaster one which looks like a toy in my opinion.

 

A bit too expensive for me, i will be getting very little use out of it atm but the cheap options are too cheap if you know what i mean?

A good wheel for about £100 - £150 would be good.

I also want one with flappy paddle gears which i think only the thrustmaster has atm?

I may have to take the plunge and splash out tho.
