Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to complete certain quests using the Microsoft Rewards app on your console.

Sometimes, it can take a bit longer for these requirements to properly populate on those quests, however, if this does not occur, we here on the Xbox Forums do not have the necessary tools to be able to assist you with addressing this further.

For this we recommend reaching out to the
Microsoft Rewards Support, as once you have submitted a ticket with them, they should be able to assist you with this.
