Progression crash Case 1 Dead Rising 4

    Progression crash Case 1 Dead Rising 4


    This is really bugging me... Towards the end of case 1 where you leave the Mall and you have to clear an area where the helicopter drops the exo suit guard off I cant progress.. Ive killed everyone but it does not complete the task. I know afterwards I have
    to use camera to check the key code for door but it does not let me get this far.. am I missing someone to kill??

    Ive restarted from check points and even reinstalled the game.. Ive checked walk throughs for the game and it appears im doing everything right... Please help.

    I thought there were only two versions, DR2 and DR2: Off the Record. What are the other two? Or are you talking about the DLC's Case Zero and Case West?

    You should check to make sure there isn't a random guy behind some boxes or something. Otherwise the best I could find online was what I've pasted below.

    Pull out the camera, aim it at the keypad and press right so the filter shows the fingerprints. The screen will prompt you what to do next then hit B and the door will open.
