progression between xbox and pc?

so im switching to pc from xbox and was wondering if my saved progress from my games on xbox will transfer over when buying them on pc? i wasn’t sure how it worked as it’s my first pc. do i have to login to each game with saved progress or will i have to restart ? ex: (blizzard/mojang/rockstar/ubisoft)?
