    All of my progress was reset back to the beginning, i lost all of my credits cars and every festival i leveled up, this is especially bad because i bought the ultimate edition to get a head start and all of my progress was lost i had very many hours put
    into this game i would just like to know why this happened to me, ive never done a glitch or exploit to benefit from please someone help

    forgot to add

    after it runs through the "Welcome to Xbox Fitness video"

    I just get the green screen with excersiving shows fading in and out with the white circles swirling

    its been doing that for over 10 min now, tried just quiting and restarting the first time, thought Id let it run and see if it started, and still nothing

    I've had this same issue twice now. My progress was reset back in March with everyone else's, then it was restored. A few weeks later I had just finished a workout and the game froze in the middle of the post-workout summary. When I got it working again
    I was back on the 1st card. I've tried being patient since the Xbox folks fixed the last issue but it has been 4 or 5 weeks now and it still hasn't been fixed. Any ideas on what to do?

    Count me in as yet another person who had their progress reset. I worked hard to get as far as I did (Mover III) and having the proof of that hard work wiped away took the wind out of my sails. Please give us our progress back!

    Happened to me too - I had been doing it solidly for 3-4 days a week since launch so was quite a ways in! Now back to the 2nd or 3rd punch card and the stamps available shot back up as if I never achieved them.

    I really hope this can be reset and we didn't lose all the progress. Fingers crossed....

    What was the update supposed to achieve anyway?

    My card was reset back to one as well. I was on my 16th card. I decided to proceed with my workout hoping it would fix itself after, but now it says I'm on my 3rd card.

    The same thing happened to me. Support has been minimal before the update. I've wasted a few hours talking to support on other issues related to this game and have gotten nowhere. Hopefully those issues were fixed by this update, but now I have another negative
    experience to the list of issues I've experienced with this game. I hope they are able to resolve this issue and restore everyone's progress.

    Having experienced so many previous issues, and now this issue where all of my progress is lost/*** up, is disheartening and discouraging. I do not know how many more problems I'll endure before I abandon this game completely.
