Progress Reset

My console downloaded an update for Xbox Fitness today, and when the game loaded my progress seems to be reset. I am back to the first card which appears full and says -5 stamps to next cards. Other people in my house are back to the first card with only
1-2 stamps total. When looking at previously completed session challenges I have completed in various workouts, they all seem to remain complete, but I do not have the corresponding stamps and cannot gain them again (not to mention completed xbox one challenges
which definitely cannot be done again to gain those stamps). Also, progress on many achievements seems to be reset (like punches thrown back down to 0%, etc), as well as the current P90X challenge which I was at 3/12 5star workouts seems to be back down to
0/12 workouts.

Any idea what's going on and how to regain my progress?

Progress reset

All of my progress was reset back to the beginning, i lost all of my credits cars and every festival i leveled up, this is especially bad because i bought the ultimate edition to get a head start and all of my progress was lost i had very many hours put
into this game i would just like to know why this happened to me, ive never done a glitch or exploit to benefit from please someone help

Online progress reset...

I was able to dodge the bullet in Gears of War 2, but I don't know if I'll be lucky a second time. It's really sad to hear that a lot of people are coming on these forums and saying that their progress was erased.

 

I have the same problem. My wife was on Mover III and I was on Mover II. The workout information is there from January. I chatted with Xbox Support, but they told me to come here. I have seem people complain about the update today on twitter, I haven't even
seen what the update was suppose to add or fix. i am assuming it is fixing stability issues and hopefully reading some excersises better.

 

The same thing happened to me. Support has been minimal before the update. I've wasted a few hours talking to support on other issues related to this game and have gotten nowhere. Hopefully those issues were fixed by this update, but now I have another negative
experience to the list of issues I've experienced with this game. I hope they are able to resolve this issue and restore everyone's progress.

Having experienced so many previous issues, and now this issue where all of my progress is lost/*** up, is disheartening and discouraging. I do not know how many more problems I'll endure before I abandon this game completely.

 

Just reporting I've had the stamp-card progress set back to 1 as well (my stamp card shows all the stamps filled on #1 though, so it's odd). The challenge data summary appears blank, but details on all the workouts remain (so all the challenges still seem
to be in the save data and I assume nothing is actually lost content-wise).

FYI for others, Xbox Fitness seems to be providing updates about this on their twitter feed and they state they are working on this progress problem:

My card was reset back to one as well. I was on my 16th card. I decided to proceed with my workout hoping it would fix itself after, but now it says I'm on my 3rd card.

 

My card was also reset to one today, this is the second time this has happened to me. The first time was 2 weeks ago when I was on my 22nd card. Called support for support and got absolutely no support. That's about 3 months of progress for me totally lost.
Hope they can fix this and other issues with this app, I really like using it when it works.

 

I was also reset. Was on Card 24 Coach 5. Reset to 1 but all the challenges I completed stayed completed so I can't even redo them for credit. Hope they fix this.

 

its kinda nice to know this didnt just happen to me ( reset from 7th card i think mover II back to card 1 full with -7 stars to fill card ->after earning 2 stars at a workout it went to 9 stars filled on card 2 )

- its so disheartening to lose measured progress like this , even though you know you've still done the workouts in the real world,burned cals and gained fitness -it really shouldnt be a big deal, but to the gamer -it just hurts ...sharing the pain with
the rest of you - though i really feel sorry for anyone approaching that 50 card achievement mark =) - they sure oughta send out another update to fix this cos its very clear the update is responsible

scared to sign into it now , although mine won't actually load atm get's stuck on the don't over exert yourself screen ??

 

Happened to me too - I had been doing it solidly for 3-4 days a week since launch so was quite a ways in! Now back to the 2nd or 3rd punch card and the stamps available shot back up as if I never achieved them.

I really hope this can be reset and we didn't lose all the progress. Fingers crossed....

What was the update supposed to achieve anyway?

 

Looks like my progress was reset as well, AND my workout today just abruptly ended -- video just cut out and got kicked back to the home screen. Awesome update.

 

Same. The update has reset my progress, and the crash to home screen issue has gotten worse.

I'm not sure what Microsoft are doing, and I'm fairly certain they don't either!
