    Progress on tablet is not synching to my desktop


    I first noticed the problem when I purchased the latest collection (Camping) on my tablet. When I open jigsaw on my desktop, it is still offering to sell it to me. I also noticed that puzzles I have completed on my tablet are not showing completed on my
    desktop, and my score on the tablet is much higher than the score showing on my desktop.

    How to get the desktop version to synch? I also have MS Solitaire Collection, and it seems to be synching just fine.

    Problem syncing desktop to tablet

    I have this game on my Windows 10 desktop but also played it on my Windows 10 tablet. My tablet had to have windows 10 reinstalled and now I can play it but my statistics are only available when using desktop. Your guidance will be appreciated.

    The problem is still here. Tried on mobile on tablet on iphone on desktop on tablet. The site doesnt work for days now!

    by that definition there are now 0 games that can be counted as they can all be played on desktop, tablet, laptop, and console form factors.

    I think there's two UI interfaces, the tablet one, and a Win7 style interface. I'm guessing that on desktops and laptops, there will be a tablet-style "welcome page", that you can bypass to get right to your desktop.

    I also have the same issue. I was able to play a few times on my desktop and then played it on Xbox.

    Going back to my PC it now crashes every time at load right after it tries to synch the data.
