Progress not saving when playing via Cloud Gaming

That's totally fine if I were in your position I will definitely feel the same and all I want is for you to play any games without encountering any more issues. However, I am just an independent advisor which does not have access or visibility to your account.

Sorry if I come across as some **** but that's not my intent. I just want that our communication is as effective as possible.

Tried that in Edge browser and in the first session I made progress beyond several checkpoints and in second session it was once again like I never played. It's problem on your end not mine. And by that I don't mean that you have some problem with some particular cloud service like login service or storage service, by that I mean that there is a problem specifically with my account which for some reason either (or both) a) can't save the file to cloud storage b) can't retrieve the file from cloud storage. If you check my account you can see that I'm software developer using and developing for Microsoft technologies (nowdays the visual studio subscription is associated with my work email) for like 17 years so you are not talking to your typical clueless user so if you don't know what's going know then just let me know and we can stop wasting my and also yours time with this troubleshooting and experimenting which I already did several times before I posted this question.

I have checked the service alert page however there is no reported issues with the service, also tried here on my end and everything is working just fine.

Have you tried to use cloud gaming on the browser to check if the same issue will occur?
