    Progress not moving up.


    I made a thread about my progress not moving and got a condescending response saying I was confused about waiting 96 hours lol when it was 6 days which is 144 hours without movement. Game bought on 30th of April and thread made on the 6th of May. Also it
    was €30 spent combined which is 5% of €600 towards the next tier not 2% as stated.

    Don't mean to be picky, but if our stats are going to be reset without notice then I want my progress moved up like it's supposed too and be accurate so I know what to spend before the Rewards year ends.

    Yeah still stuck. I think the console is frozen rather than just the progress bar not moving, but I can't be sure.

    The MyVip progress resets every year. It was previously September 1st to August 31st, but this year the Program decided to give a small extension to December 31st so that moving forward the progress reset was on an easier to remember date (New Year). So
    moving forward progress is reset each year running from January 1st to December 31st.

    Sorry, it was €35.00 spent which is 6%, not 2.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently working on resolving an issue with some user's subscriptions that has caused us to delay MyVIP. This means purchases made on the last week of April have not yet given MyVIP progress. Since we are delaying
    the payback of MyVIP, this will not impact your payback in a negative manner. Again, apologies for any inconvenience that this delay has caused. While we have records of your purchases, they have not yet been processed to award MyVIP.

    You will need to reinstall the game on the new system, but all progress should be tied to your profile.

    The name can't be transferred but you could rename your account to free up the name so your son could have it. If you would like to move all the progress. You can however change. If your happy to move all the progress you can move the gamertag to a different
