Programming glitch

Have been enjoying Ultimate Word games until today. Big notice comes up announcing new map for August. Stays there. Never goes to games. This happens in all three games. I give up. Have restarted game, restarted computer, waited for a change...nothing changes
it. Congratulations for ruining my gaming day.

Northwell Health

There is a programming glitch with Northwell Health Ad. Every time the game gets to that ad it logs us off. Please fix it.

How is this game?

It's definitely worth $60 but it does have its share of problems. And I'm not talking about the typical glitches all games usuallly have, but some oversights with programming.

Hi,

There are several reasons why you are experiencing this issue. It can be a possible interruption with the server or corrupted cache that blocks you from accessing the game. To resolve your concern, you may perform the following solutions on your computer:

Solution 1. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the run troubleshooter button on this link.

Solution 2. Reset Windows Store to clear store cache.

Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   

Click on Command prompt (Admin).   

Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.   

Solution 3. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app to update it.

Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.  

Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.  

Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage  

Hit Enter.  

Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.  

Open the game through Xbox App.  

Make sure that the game is fully updated. To check for the game updates, you may go to this

link and follow the steps on how to update the game from Windows Store.

I wish a hard reset would help lol. I've unplugged my box and let it sit for 5 minutes twice today and I still can't report my issues through the app. Oh well, I'll just post in the forum as new issues arise.
