My question

Hello,

This has been several times that I contact you, but still no response from you ...
In the Reward VIP program, the amount shown does not match the amount I spent on the Store.
Could you look at this problem.

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?
Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. However, the purchase or redemption of pre-order games, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, do not qualify.
We have reviewed your purchases, and can confirm your eligible purchases match your progress.

You tell me you've checked, but nothing has changed.
I am still at 26euro while Gears of War 4 cost 99.99 euro.
Not to mention all the Dlc and other pass season I've had in years.
Please check my account.

What do you mean by v.i.p. pass?

Only v.i.p. passes that I know of are the game add on's.

Since your purchases were either game consumables or pre-orders, they were not eligible. REQ Packs for Halo 5, various point purchases, Overwatch loot boxes, are all examples of game consumables. Your purchase of Gears of War 4 was a pre-order, and so did
not qualify.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
