    Program Invite 'Lost'


    I have a few months ago received an invitation to the Preview program via a notification on my Xbox One. The message has since expired, and I am unable to activate it. I have talked to support and all of the suggestions I've been given simply direct me to
    making a post, posts of which seem to have gotten people in similar situations nowhere. What, exactly, am I to do? I have been invited, yet, due to the message expiration, cannot accept it.

    Sorry to hear you lost your message. Microsoft no longer sends out invites to the preview program. You'll need to have one of your friends who are in the program send you an invite.

    Sorry to hear it. Invites can be sent by people who are already in the program. Find out if someone on your friends list is in the program and if they can send you an invite.

    It should be implied that I understand how the invitation process works. What I'm saying is that I have already received an invite, but that the invite has since been 'lost'. Is there no way to recover this deleted message?

    No there is not which is why I explained how to get another invite.
