proflie pictures

So when i log on to my xbox everyday . i cant see anyones customs proflie pictures even mine . what should i do ?

A few times I have seen this occur and it my particular cases it was instances of network issues of both my side and not, like others have mentioned always try doing a full power off / on not just the regular shut down and disconnect the power cord, retry and
see if that helps. If you only do log in / use Xbox via an actual console, it may be worth logging in from another device like the app or on a PC, to see if you are having or seeing the same issue there as well to rule out an issue at the global Xbox Live
account level, just to see / rule other things out. Good Luck, hopefully you get it figured out.

Could be privacy settings

It's probably an issue with Microsoft's servers. Things like this do happen from time to time. I'm sure they will be working on a fix.

Press x button on your console for 10 sec untill power down. Unplug power cord for 1 min. Put power cord back. Start console. If that not helps try remove and than add again your account on console. If not, inform us please.

Recently there is a bug that the images are exchanged for random images, but then come back, at least with me the image of others come back after a while on the console, mine does not change.
