Profiles of friends not loading

So, it happened to me on Wednesday. My Xbox can't load friends profiles, section with Xbox Game Pass (on the dashboard) and I can't invite friends to games, also my profile picture doesn't work in the party. When I make internet connection test (in the network
settings) it says that my internet is excellent. Please help!

Rebooting console doesn't work.

btw I can play online games

Signing out of the console will not remove your save games.

have you checked to see if there is an enforcement action against your account?

There is no enforcment against my account. My saves are in the Xbox memory?

Hey Bambiol,

Thank you for responding! I see you are having a hard time with certain aspects of not only your own, but your friends' profiles as well. If you haven't already done so, I'd like for you to try

removing and re-adding your profile.

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > Account
> Remove accounts.
Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
When you're finished, select Close.

And any saves from my games?

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to load up your friends profiles and invite them to play.

If I were you I would make sure to try the steps outlined in our
Xbox One Multiplayer Game Solution. Give them a shot and let us know how that helped in resolving what's going on.
