Profiles not loading and cannot access settings

    Profiles not loading and cannot access settings


    I have done multiple hard resets and I am not able to switch profiles, access settings or navigate any of the links in the pop up column on the left side of the screen. It opens to show the options, I select a profile and it does nothing. Nothing I am selecting
    is working. Anyone have a similar problem or a suggestion?

    Sign in error: 0x8007000E

    My problem: Can not sign in and I receive this error code : 0x80\7000E

    Note, I can not sign in. Therefore,

    I CANNOT ACCESS ANY SETTINGS FOR MY PROFILE.

    When I say I cannot sign in, I'm referring to my profile. Not Xbox live. In order to even access the Preview setting's I would need to sign in to my profile. I can't do this.

    Do you understand our conundrum?

    Solutions? Gimme solutions. :S

    We get a "cannot read disk" error when loading mine and my mums profile but not on my sisters and dads profile

    Cannot access my profile in xbox settings?

    Hi there,

    any chance that the console is configured that family settings are enabled? Since that might prohibit it. If so then those need to be altered to allow you accessing the profile.

    If that is not the case, please try clearing the console cache (3x) via Settings - System - Storage - Highlight a storage device and press Y, this should show a menu with the option to clear cache. after that restart the console and try again.

    Xbox hard drive wiped itself, now wont let me create or load profiles.

    Also i forgot to mention.

    i CAN still watch DVD's and play games but without a profile I cannot save/load games access Xbox live etc..

    Cannot access settings

    Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
    for results.

    I have completed all the following steps with the exception of removing my profile only because I cannot gain access to the profile settings in any part of the dashboard or settings. Still having a the previously stated issues.
