Profiles do not have access to Xbox Live

    Profiles do not have access to Xbox Live


    Hello. Recently purchased an Xbox One S and now 2 of our 3 profiles cannot access Live. Receiving "profile does not have access..." message?

    my gamer profile does not have correct permission to access xbox live functionaliy.how do i rectify ?

    Profiles do not have access to Xbox Live

    Make sure the account that has gold has the console set as their Home console.

    The only way that can happen is that their xbox subscriptions has ran out

    Go to settings/accounts/remove accounts. Remove the profile that is having trouble accessing Live.

    The go to setting/account/family/add to family.

    If the console is blocked it wont have access to xbox live. You need a connection to xbox live to create your profile.

    You wont be able to play those games as they do not belong to you
