    Profile won't sign in... stuck on spinning circle... hardstop didn't work.


    My son's Xbox One profile stopped working yesterday for no apparent reason. All other family members can sign n fine, but his just goes to the black screen with the spinning circle and will remain there indefinitely.

    We tried the hardstop and another suggestion of going to the menu and holding Y & RT but neither were successful. Any Suggestions? Thanks!

    Infinite sign in after profile selection

    Hey, I have a really annoying problem with connecting to Xbox Live since the new update was introduced. When I turn my Xbox on and I get the profile selection screen, when I pick my profile the spinning circle that indicates that its connecting to Xbox Live
    just keeps spinning and spinning forever. If I connect directly without going through the profile screen(for example when I turn it on with a disc inside) it signs in fine and everything works, but if I select my profile it just won't. Thanks.

    Dashboard will load up very slow

    Hello there, unfortunately after three times of flawless booting up the issue has returned.

    After spending a very long time on the grey screen with the white circle spinning, I am now stuck at the profile selection screen trying to sign into Xbox Live.

    Any advice is very welcome!

    Having this same problem it won't recognize me and is unable to sign into Netflix and games. It just spins the white circle then pops up the error

    Just spinning circle when try to set up device or guide

    Use a computer. Log in to Xbox Live using a Microsoft Live Account. Press Profile. Set your birthday and Press Accept. Log in on the Xbox. Worked for me. I was stuck on spinning circle when trying to create the Live Account via the Xbox.

    the dash board takes long to load

    I am having the same problem with the spinning circle when you don't have auto sign in on. Why I say that is when I turn on auto sign in the problem goes away. The spinning circle problem seems to happen when you start the dashboard on the avatar select
    screen and then pick your avatar to sign in. I also noticed that when you have the problem the first time usually if you shut the console off while the circle is spinning and then turn it back on and sign in again the dashboard loads. This is a real bug and
    I am surprised they didn't get this straightened out.
